We found Jamie as we started our journey in the balsam lake area and for over three months she educated us and showed us multiple lake properties. In doing so, Jamie provided in depth and local knowledge in every aspect of any potential purchase accurately framing estimated pricing and sharing complete openness about value and resale, most of which we would never have known let alone thought to have asked about. She provided data on historic purchases , water quality and trends, even the best fishing spots, every detail on lake living beyond just the view. Jamie is an outstanding realtor but she is now a friend and part of our family life at the cabin with an open door to our place that she made possible. We cannot recommend her high enough and would suggest that if you are looking for a lake home that you cannot find a better partner than Jamie. "You can tell Jamie has a passion for doing this the right way. She knows how to go above and beyond and also post on social media to get every eye on your property. Jamie's communication and market knowledge are top tier. I particularly love her attention to detail when it comes to listing! "I would highly recommend contacting Jamie with Minnesconnie Homes if you are looking to buy or sell a home. She had no idea what she was in for when she accepted us as clients...We really had no idea of what we wanted and changed our minds as to how much we wanted to spend, if we wanted to buy or build.
